What We Offer
The City and County of Denver offers a competitive salary commensurate with education and experience. The salary range for this position is $62,186 - $87,000 / annually, based on experience and education. We also offer generous benefits for full-time employees which include but are not limited to :

Denver's Right-of-Way Services (ROWS) manages most activities in the City's right-of-way. ROWS is responsible for determining requirements for improvements in the public right-of-way, as well as reviewing plans for regulatory compliance, issuing permits, and inspecting work in the areas of transportation, wastewater, and survey.
The ROWS Special Projects team has an unlimited, full-time position open for a Project Inspector with experience working on large design-build infrastructure projects. The team is currently working on DOTI's 16th St Mall and East Colfax Avenue Bus Rapid Transit BRT projects. As a ROWS Project Inspector, your role will be to ensure that all infrastructure constructed within the City & County of Denver's right-of-way meets or exceeds the City's standards and specifications. As a ROWS Project Inspector, your role in ensuring the City & County of Denver's property meets proper code and construction.
