What We Offer
The City and County of Denver offers a competitive salary commensurate with education and experience. The salary range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00 / hour. Additionally, this position will include shift differential (12%) for any overnight shifts worked. We also offer generous benefits for full-time employees which include but are not limited to :

Location & Schedule
In this position you can expect to report to the Roslyn Shop (5440 Roslyn St., Denver, CO 80216) 5 days per week, Monday thru Friday. Hours for the position will vary based on the season : from April through November, the schedule is 6 : 30 a.m. to 3 : 00 p.m., and from December through March, the hours shift to 10 : 00 p.m. to 6 : 00 a.m.

Street Maintenance Operations manages the City's 2,105 centerline miles of roadway and 5,135 alleys to ensure mobility, safety, and ADA compliance for residents and visitors. Street Maintenance is responsible for filling potholes, repaving streets, sweeping streets, and removing snow from public streets, sidewalks, and alleys. The agency also manages the City's asphalt plant, which provides asphalt for resurfacing and maintaining all Denver city streets and alleys.
