EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Equivalent to graduation from a regionally-accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in political science, public or business administration, economics or a related field.

Work experience may be substituted for the Bachelor's degree on a year-for-year basis. Such experience must have provided the knowledge, skills, and analytical ability normally gained from attainment of a bachelor's degree.EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Three (3) years of progressively responsible professional analytical experience in evaluating the effectiveness of operating programs in relation to organizational objectives, one of which shall have been in a governmental agency.
Such experience must have demonstrated knowledge of the principles, methods and techniques of budget analysis and management analysis; research techniques and methods; and the ability to gather and analyze operational, statistical and financial data; apply budget analysis and management analysis principles, policies and procedures; present facts clearly both orally and in writing; and maintain effective working relationships.
