There are two vacancies with the Department of Budget and Fiscal Services , Real Property Assessment Division .

Minimum Qualification Requirements
At time of application, you must be a citizen, national or permanent resident alien of the United States or a non-citizen eligible under federal law for unrestricted employment.
Education Requirement
Equivalent to graduation from high school. Responsible work experience which demonstrated the ability to perform the essential functions of the job may be substituted for education.
Experience Requirement
Three years of clerical experience, one year of which shall have been in a tax field where familiarity with tax laws, rules, regulations, and procedures was involved.
Substitution: College education may substitute on a year-for-year basis for the general clerical experience requirement. There is no substitution for the one year of tax-related clerical experience.
Education obtained outside of the United States must be comparable to a degree earned at a regionally-accredited college/university in the United States. In order to receive credit for the education, a foreign credential evaluation (FCE) must be provided. We also reserve the right to request further information about your academic program, evidence of comparability, or an original transcript.
Verification Requirement: You must submit evidence of your education to be given credit. Please attach an electronic copy of your diploma and/or official transcript which shows the embossed seal to your application.
