Responsibilities - Sales Specialist:
Help customers select and purchase the vehicle of their dreams!- Greet customers and identify the vehicle that meets their needs. Great listening skills are key!
- Explain and demonstrate vehicle features on test drives
- Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
- Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat and referral business
- Prospect for new customers
Qualifications - Sales Specialist:
An energetic and outgoing 'people-person' that's goal driven and self-motivated to succeed!- Excellent sales, customer service and communication skills
- Good computer and social media skills
- A positive attitude and good work ethic
- Professional appearance
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
