Sales Representative
Duties:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target markets
- Cold call and prospect new leads to generate sales opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
- Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals with customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products or services
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to manage sales pipeline and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in retail math and inventory control to accurately track sales and manage stock levels
