Customer Service Representative

JOB TITLE: Client Services Coordinator Estimator

Responsible for embracing all aspects of customer service to ensure a professional and rewarding experience for every client. This role requires successful quoting, order entry & order oversight; effective and professional communication; and collaboration with all fellow team members.

PREFERRED SKILLS INCLUDE: Solid customer service skills, ability to learn and work in fast paced environment, detail focused with thorough execution, strong organizational skills.

Additional skills should include being well versed in Microsoft Office Suite, especially working within Excel, and strong ability to multi-task.

A TYPICAL DAY IN THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE: Fast paced environment collaborating with fellow employees, quoting, job order entry, job order management to successful completion, steady flow of emails, phone calls and interactions with customers, suppliers and others as necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

· Routine communication with customers and vendors.
· Accurate quoting that delivers winning results.
· Job order entry – thorough and detailed.
· Front counter assistance as needed.
· Answering incoming phone calls.
· Consult with vendors & team members and others to ensure professional execution of all responsibilities.
· Networking with customers as needed to cultivate business.
· Maintain & improve standard procedures.
· Assure quality standards in all facets of work.
· Maintain neat & organized work area.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES: Participate in leadership development opportunities, enroll in sales training, continuing education and print trade shows as applicable.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
