Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced café environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting customers to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests with their orders.
• Prepare and serve deli items like sandwiches, salads, and other fresh-made products.
• Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and keep the checkout area tidy.
• Restock shelves and ensure displays are appealing and well-maintained.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the deli and dining areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Assist in stocking supplies and managing inventory levels to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Demonstrate effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Experience

• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or kitchen setting is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and sanitation practices is a plus.
• Experience in a quick-service fast food restaurant or retail environment is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of retail math for handling transactions accurately is beneficial.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
