The Project Leader plays a critical role in managing and facilitating the project process, working closely with the Senior Designer to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with City Collective’s high standards. This role emphasizes proactive management, effective communication, and the ability to anticipate needs and guide teams toward success.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Design, Urban Planning, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in project management within architecture or design practices.
- Strong financial and scheduling acumen, with the ability to align efforts to meet project goals.
- Demonstrated success in managing client and collaborator relationships.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Office, Slack, Miro, etc.).
