Electronic Services Specialist

CCCU is looking for a talented Electronic Services Specialist who will be responsible for accurately and efficiently managing ACH and payroll deductions programs, wire transfers, and ATM, debit and credit card services.  You'll handle share draft exceptions, returns, and forgery items, as well as monitor and resolve FedForward and FedReturn file issues to ensure timely processing.  You'll also support frontline staff by assisting with electronic services-related inquiries, helping deliver a seamless digital banking experience for our members.

Responsibilities

• Work all aspects of the ACH process while complying with NACHA rules and regulations.
• Communicate with select employer group payroll clerks to ensure timely and accurate payroll postings.
• Review and process share draft exceptions, returns and forgery items.
• Maintain accurate processing for account reassignments.
• Develop and maintain ATM/debit and credit card programs & process all daily card transactions, including fraud and dispute claims and helping prevent major fraud losses.
• Maintain Mobile Wallet program for CCCU
• Follow Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) policies and procedures as they relate to this position.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three (3) years' comparable experience, preferably in a banking environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 products: Excel, Outlook & Teams
• Experience with StarStation, Mastercard Connect & Confluence, preferred
• Ability to work in a digital environment with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills required
