About the Opportunity :
The successful Ticket Booth Agent - Georgetown will set the stage for the perfect guest experience upon boarding our amazing cruises. You provide exceptional guest service by ensuring the best accommodations for parking services and pier guided services of guests and groups from bus drop off locations, to and from boarding dock.
About You :
This person will be adaptable, dynamic, and embody City Experiences' RESPECT Service System.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- This role is an outdoor role that will require the GEORGETOWN TICKET AGENT to serve as a guest service liaison to sell tickets for out water taxi and sightseeing cruises and manage traffic flow of guests at docking area.
- Serving as ticket agent to sell cruise tickets to our water taxi locations and sightseeing cruises.
- Greeting and assisting guests as they arrive / depart the cruise vessel.
- Managing the boarding area
- Resolve guest problems within the scope of authority, otherwise refer to the supervisor / manager on duty
- Communicate to guest professionally when problems arise.
- Direct / guide guests to boarding dock
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
