Looking for a FULL TIME front desk position/insurance verification specialist at modern dental office in Wellington. The position requires a friendly, excellent knowledge of insurance/billing, detail oriented, and knowledgeable person. The candidate should have a strong understanding of dentistry.
Front Desk duties include answering phone calls, scheduling patient appointments, verifying insurance and following up on insurance claims, making financial arrangements with patients, and helping out other team members when needed.
* Dental office front desk or receptionist experience preferred.
RDA or Dental Assisting background would be a plus. We love our patients and we want someone that will be great both face-to-face and on the phone and provide the best customer care to each and every one of them. This is a full time position offering compensation bonuses depending on experience. We are seeking dedicated staff member requiring minimum two-year prior experience.
