If you’re looking for a place where your legal expertise makes an impact, and where you can build a long-term career, let’s talk.Essential Job Functions : Draft, review, and negotiate real estate transactions (leases, acquisitions, dispositions) and commercial contracts (vendor, customer, and partnership agreements), ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with legal standards.Assess and mitigate legal risks in transactions, providing practical solutions and strategic guidance to internal teams to support business decisions.Work closely with cross-functional teams (real estate, finance, operations) to ensure legal compliance and support business growth initiatives.Manage and track commercial and real estate agreements, ensuring timely execution and compliance with contractual obligations.Stay informed on industry trends and legal developments, advising the company on compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Education / Experience : Licensed attorney with a J.D. or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school (U.S. license required).3–6 years of experience in a law firm or in-house setting.Background in commercial contracts.
