Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Warehouse/Driver to join our team. This role involves a combination of warehouse duties and driving responsibilities, ensuring efficient operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and shipping and receiving processes. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to handle heavy lifting.

Duties

• Operate warehouse equipment including cranes and reach trucks to facilitate the movement of goods.
• Manage inventory control by accurately tracking stock levels and conducting regular audits.
• Perform shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring all incoming and outgoing shipments are processed efficiently.
• Engage in order picking activities, preparing items for delivery according to customer specifications.
• Fabricate items as needed for specific orders or projects within the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to company policies.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in operating warehouse machinery such as cranes and order pickers is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of inventory control processes and best practices.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the shift.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for driving responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
