Description
The Cadillac Parts Manager is responsible for overseeing the parts department's daily operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, maximizing sales and profitability, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and expertise in automotive parts management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the ordering, receiving, and stocking of Cadillac OEM parts to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Oversee parts sales to retail, wholesale, and service customers, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and quality parts.
Develop and implement strategies to increase parts sales and profitability.
Supervise, train, and support the parts department staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
Ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer policies, procedures, and standards.
Monitor inventory turnover, obsolete parts, and minimize shrinkage.
Work closely with the service and sales departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Manage the department budget, including expenses, pricing strategies, and revenue goals.
Utilize dealership management systems (DMS) and parts software to track sales, orders, and inventory.
Provide excellent customer service and address any issues or concerns promptly.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business or automotive management preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an automotive parts department, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Knowledge of Cadillac or GM parts and accessories.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in dealership management systems (Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, or similar).
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
