Responsibilities – Sales Professional:
- Learn our product line and inventory.
- Constantly train and prepare to meet customers, and handle internet and phone inquiries and provide customers with fast, transparent answers to their questions.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize lead generation, appointment setting, and conversion rates.
- Work with management to set sales quotas and appointment goals.
- Maximize sales and profitability to agreed levels of performance.

Qualifications
Qualifications/Requirements – Sales Professional:
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Experience handling high call volume– Must be comfortable speaking on the phone.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Ability to focus in a fast-paced environment, communicating with customers,
- Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google products.
- Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages.
- A positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
