POSITION OVERVIEW
Primarily responsible for processing tags, title, and paperwork
JOB DUTIES
Tend to customer needs regarding titles and tags
Check in titles, ensuring there are not any problems and signing off on them
Trade lien payoffs
Log in FedEx and UPS
Work on problem titles
Reconcile tag fee schedule
