About the Opportunity:
The successful ticket office agent will provide a variety of support and assist in various ticket sales and functions ensuring continuous guest satisfaction while maximizing sales. About You:
This person will be adaptable, dynamic, and embody City Experiences’ RESPECT Service System.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Sales & Guest Service
- Promote maximum revenue attainment by performing transactions with efficiency
- Ensure accuracy in transactions while monitoring product capacities
- Ensure that every guest is greeted warmly when approaching the ticket booth
- Answer questions regarding product, price, duration, etc. with expertise and patience
- Prepared to work during submitted availability and scheduled time
- Maintain uniform and personal grooming in compliance with appearance standards
- Attend applicable meetings and training sessions as designated or necessary
- Additional job duties as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalency preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum of one (1) year guest service experience preferred
- Cash handling experience a plus
- Able to communicate effectively in oral and written form
- Must be organized and detail-oriented
- Able to handle multiple tasks/projects at one time
- Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Listen effectively, assesses the situation, determine relevant issues, & suggest solutions
- Must be energetic and upbeat
- Must be self-motivated
- Must be available for work on all major holidays throughout employment this includes, but is not limited to, Memorial Day weekend, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, 4th of July weekend, Labor Day weekend, Air and Water Show, etc.
