Responsibilities:
- Marketing & Advertising: Create compelling rental listings, post on various platforms, and promote properties to attract tenants.
- Conduct Property Tours: Provide engaging property showings, highlight key features, and answer questions to help prospective tenants find the right home.
- Tenant Screening & Lease Management: Process applications, verify tenant qualifications, and ensure a smooth lease signing process.
- Manage Tenant Relations: Maintain strong relationships, handle inquiries professionally, and assist with rent payments and lease renewals.
- Coordinate Maintenance & Move-Ins/Outs: Oversee property conditions, schedule repairs, and ensure seamless transitions for tenants.
- Stay Organized & Report Accurately: Maintain leasing records, track payments, and provide updates to property managers and owners.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Strong interpersonal skills – must be likeable, outgoing, and able to communicate effectively with tenants and property owners.
- Task-oriented with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule of 40-45 hours per week, including some weekends.
- Familiarity with lease agreements, tenant screening, and basic property management.
- Comfortable using online listing platforms and property management software.
- Real estate license (preferred but not required, depending on state laws).

- Leasing Success: Percentage of available properties leased within a target time frame.
- Tenant Retention: Lease renewal rate and tenant satisfaction scores.
- Lead Conversion: Ratio of inquiries to successful lease signings.
