High volume, fast paced Express Lube service department at City Motor Company in Great Falls, MT, a family owned and operated business for over 65 years, is seeking a full time Express Lube Supervisor.

The Lube Bay performs oil changes and rotation of tires, perform multi-point inspection on automobiles using state of the art equipment in an excellent team and customer service-oriented work environment.
Duties include direct supervision of and participation with Lube Techs, ensure all work meets quality standards, ensure efficient workflow through the lube bay, ensure the Lube Bay is clean, neat and meets safety standards, maintain and ensure upkeep of equipment and machinery. Perform other duties as directed by Management.
The qualified candidate must be a self-starter who is organized and detail oriented with a High School Diploma/GED. Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
This position is full time, 40 hours a week. We offer an excellent benefit package including medical benefits with the company paying 75% of the premium, 70/30 copay after deductible, free annual vision exam along with a $10,000 life insurance policy.
