Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Daily setup and cleanup of studio
Greet guests with a smile and assist with their shopping experience
Sell daily craft and all other products in an efficient and friendly manner
Sell various merchandise and maintain displays
Ring sales and receive electronic and card payments accurately
Maintain a clean and safe work environment for guests and team members
Provide superior service to all guests in a polite and expedient manner
Assist customers with all questions regarding City Museum including facility layout and amenities
Follow all museum policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Must be at least 16 years of age
Approachable, outgoing, and excited about suggestive selling
Ability to operate a computer and computer software programs
Ability to accept guidance and supervision
Ability to communicate effectively with public, guests and team members
Be aware, attentive, and work well with others
Have energy and enthusiasm for long days
Excellent project and time management skills
Must be able to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays to meet business needs
Creative interests are a plus
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Physical Requirements :
Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
Must be able to lift, carry, move, and / or position items weighing up to or in excess of 25 pounds
Must be able to work with paint, chalk, glue and other materials
