JOB SUMMARY: Performs repairs and construction projects. Works Second shift and weekends to meet operating needs.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Repairs and maintains buildings and other structures throughout the property
Planning and building new projects as requested
Ensures all buildings and facilities are maintained in a proper manner

Requires manual and bi-manual dexterity, fine and gross motor skills, eye/hand coordination, near vision, hearing and speech
Requires standing, kneeling and bending
Requires walking, reaching above shoulder, pushing and pulling
Requires occasional lifts and carries up to 75 pounds
Requires occasional carries up to 100 pounds with the assistance of a two-wheel hand truck
Requires working at heights on ladders and man-lifts
Requires ability to operate vehicle in park
Due to dust, dirt, fumes and noise, some work requires respirators and safety clothing
Will occasionally work with job-related hazardous chemicals
Qualifications
Must possess good oral and written English language and grammar skills
High School diploma or equivalent
3 years of experience preferred
General plumbing and HVAC knowledge a plus
General building practices
Available to work evenings and weekends
Available to work overtime
Available to work holidays
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to pass a criminal, drug, alcohol and social security background checks
