Responsibilities
- Review, upload, and fund loans
- General ledger reconciliation
- Review insurance documents
- Monitor loans with escrow and perform maintenance / analysis as needed
- Communicate with insurance companies regarding needed documentation/coverage
- Review loan documents, file mortgages, and liens
- Process loan transactions
- Prepare full and partial lien releases
- Maintenance of loans as needed
- Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels
- Ability to prioritize tasks while exhibiting strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated experience maintaining confidentiality and displaying a strong attention to detail
- Ability to identify errors / omissions from loan documents and report non-compliance
- Two years full-time college hours including Accounting or related field or equivalent loan/banking experience
- Working knowledge of Office applications including Word, Excel, PP, Outlook
- One-year office administration experience
- Constant use of computer screens
- Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Long periods of typing and repetitive motion
- Close vision and ability to adjust focus
