Qualifications:
- 5-7 years experience in finance and financial modeling within banking institutions.
- Analytic and decisive decision maker with the ability to prioritize and communicate to staff key objectives and tactics necessary to achieve organizational goals.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance and risk governance.
- Strong interpersonal skills and organizational management experience with the ability to coach senior-level staff to manage and develop high-performance teams and develop and implement program strategies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of USA and Chilean Bank regulations and Bank operations required.
- Possesses excellent understanding of banking and financial regulations.
- Must have financial probity and be able to work effectively with the executive team.
