Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of recent banking experience as a Small Business Banker II or higher.
- 2-4 years of strong credit experience required, including demonstrated responsibility for loan structuring and credit analysis.
Demonstrated ability to source new Sales Relationships.
Demonstrated interest in coaching/mentoring other Small Business Bankers (SBBs).
Leading calling session with other SBBs (role modeling).
Interest in further developing leadership skills.
Ability to cross-sell: TM, Mortgages, AUM.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
