What are the responsibilities and job description for the Branch Attendant/Coin Processor - Kanawah City position at City National Bank of WV?
Summary Description
Attends to Branch/building, processes all coin, mail pick-up and delivery
Essential Functions
Open building by 6:30 AM Monday through Friday
Check building and set all-clear signal
Walk around building/lot/lawn daily and remove debris
Empty outdoor smoking receptacles as necessary
Collect mail from post office and distribute to building staff
Deliver all inter-office mail and distribute UPS, Fed Ex, etc. deliveries
Process all coin for customers
Process all coin deposits and coin for Fed shipment
Assist maintenance personnel as needed
Remove deposits from the ATM and maintain its appearance on a daily basis
Keep track, order and distribute supplies for the Branch
Accept all large deliveries through rear entrance
Adherence to all regulatory compliance policies and procedures

Position Requirements
High school degree or equivalent
The work requires considerable physical exertion such as long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching and lifting up to 70 pounds
Requires a valid driver’s license with exemplary driving record
Must have own transportation for picking up mail and deliveries to other branches
Work is generally performed indoors in environmentally controlled conditions, some outdoor work required
