Position : IT Technician
Department : IT
Status : Full Time
Description : End-user support of IT hardware and software, including but not limited to workstations and workstation peripherals, servers, telecommunications hardware, surveillance equipment, printers, mobile devices, and audio-video equipment.
Responsibilities :
- Provide timely technical support (remote and in-person) while maintaining organization standards for customer service and professionalism
- Prioritize, document, and resolve support requests, enabling end-users to accomplish business tasks
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair issues on IT equipment and contact external vendors to coordinate support as required
- Configure and deploy new IT hardware
- Install and upgrade software, including operating systems and applications
- Assist in maintaining strict information security controls
- Other job duties as required
