Project Manager II

If you are hired to this position, you will be employed by Magnit Global. You will not be employed by City National Bank.

The Responsibilities

• Assists with gathering evidence and responses for regulatory closure.
• Assists with gathering responses from stakeholders for requests for information.
• Assists with finalizing supplementary evidence to support regulatory closure.
• Assists with meetings with stakeholders; meeting agenda and associated meeting minutes and proactive follow-up on actions.
• Assists with preparation of status reports.
• Fosters and maintains good relationships with colleagues/clients to ensure that processes are integrated to support expected customer service levels. Acts as business partner by managing expectations and providing guidance and advice throughout project duration.
• Complies fully with all Bank Operational and Credit policies and procedures as well as all regulatory requirements (e.g. Bank Secrecy Act, Know Your Client, Community Reinvestment Act, Fair Lending Practices, Code of Conduct, etc.).
• Completes all required training.

The Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a project management position
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in a bank or financial services or equivalent experience with BSA/AML requirements
• Ability to oversee and prioritize multiple project deliverables.
• Must be able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and across all Lines of Defense.
• Must be knowledgeable of BSA/AML requirements; prior experience working in a KYC Program is a plus.
• Experience with gathering regulatory evidence and preparing for issue resolution and closure.
• Experience with facilitating audit requests for information during Interim Validations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $40.26/hour - $43.17/hour
