RISK MANAGEMENT FRAMEWORK IMPLEMENTATION LEAD

This position will be responsible for supporting ongoing management and implementation of City National Bank's (CNB's) Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Risk Management Framework. Responsibilities include project management; managing ERM processes; and facilitating the implementation and integration of risk management principles at all levels of the company (including oversight of relevant risk training).

• What you will do
• Implement and monitor City National Banks Enterprise Risk Management Framework in accordance with current and changing standards, regulations, policies, the financial services industry environment and internal needs / demands
• Further mature and execute regular reviews of the ERM Framework to ensure consistent and effective adherence to enterprise, regulatory and industry standards;
• Gather expert knowledge of the evolving Enterprise Risk Management regulatory and industry operating environment to inform the design of CNBs governance mechanisms;
• Manage ERM framework adoption and adherence monitoring process, including documentation and routine reporting of adherence status across business areas;
• Support regulatory exams and audit engagements concerning the ERM Framework, including assisting in the oversight, documentation, and delivery of regulatory requests;
• Lead, and manage updates to, ongoing ERM reporting and communication;
• Coordinate and support regulatory reporting obligations;
• Build and manage strong relationships with stakeholders and decision makers;
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Must-Have
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services or risk management
• Minimum 5 years of auditing, consulting, Enterprise Risk Management or banking experience
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience
• Skills and Knowledge
• Bachelors degree in risk management, financial services or related discipline with 5-7 years of auditing, consulting, Enterprise Risk Management or banking experience
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, Access, Power Point, SharePoint.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to think critically and facilitate change through collaborative effort. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Self-motivation, discipline, task focus, the ability to structure and present work and a proven record of delivering high quality results within strict deadlines.
• Must have the ability to multitask and prioritize several concurrent initiatives
• Compensation

Starting base salary : $111,408 - $189,738 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and / or commissions.
