SENIOR MANAGER ENTERPRISE ANALYTICSWHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?As the Head of Enterprise Analytics this role will define and implement the Enterprise Data Analytics strategy. This position will develop and manage analytic tools, methodologies, processes and controls and drive adoption across the firm. This role will partner across City National Bank Businesses, Technology & Innovation, Corporate Functions and also partner closely with Royal Bank of Canada to ensure alignment to the broader enterprise analytics. Direct & indirect leadership for multiple related departments.WHAT WILL YOU DO?Perform an assessment of existing analytic tools and capabilitiesDevelop a target state enterprise analytics strategy based on current-state analysis, partnering with City National Bank and Royal Bank of Canada Technology & Innovation teams.Manage business intelligence analytic tools and ensure compliance with enterprise policies and standardsDevelop and maintain enterprise analytics intake and prioritization capabilitiesDeliver business insights through the development of analytic analyses and models using advanced analytic models and methodologiesExplore and implement innovative solutions to enhance the bank’s analytic capabilities, including Artificial Intelligence and Machine LearningDevelop and implement key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of analytics against business objectivesAll City National products, financial solutions and services are to be provided ethically and with integrity in a manner that is consistent with the client-first culture and values embodied in City National’s PRIDE statement.Must-Have

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalentMinimum 10 years of experience in Data Analytics Practices and ProcessesMinimum 8 years of People Management experienceMinimum 7 years of experience with Project ManagementSkills and KnowledgeMBA preferredPreferred 10 years of experience in Financial Services IndustryStrong leadership and C-Suite / Board communication skillsExperience leading major data analytics initiatives in large financial institutionsExperience in operationalizing large-scale data analytics functionsProven capability in delivering business insights and measuring the effectiveness against business objectivesExpertise in creating and deploying best practices and methodologiesExperience managing and leading technical data analytics team in a matrixes environmentBuild and support data teams across the organizationDevelop business cases for technical projects with uncertaintiesCOMPENSATIONStarting base salary : $157,943 - $293,299 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and / or commissions.
