Job Description
Summary: We're looking for new support staff for our San Francisco nightclub, City Nights . This is a part-time job. $20 per hour. This is a customer service position - so anyone with past retail experience, food-service experience or any type of customer-service job experience will likely be a perfect fit!
As a part of our support staff, you will be rotating between four positions: All of our support staff positions are customer-facing and interactive. We are looking for new staff members who are charismatic and friendly, who like meeting new people - and who are comfortable in a nightclub / events environment.
Guest List: You will check-in customers and VIP guests from our guest list at the VIP podium.
Coat Check: You will check in our customers' coats in our coat check room.
Box Office: You will sell tickets through our box office window to customers as they enter the venue.
VIP Data: You will sign up new VIP members for our VIP membership program.
Required experience: Any experience in the customer service industry is a plus, as our entire business revolves around us making sure our customers are having a great time at our events. Experience in the food service industry, experience as a host, waiter or waitress, are all perks; but we're always open for new staff members who are looking to broaden their horizons in a new industry.
Hours: We're open Friday and Saturday nights. 9:30PM - 2:00AM.
