Application Special Instructions
Non-Certified candidate testing will be held 2.17.2025 at 8 : 00 am - APD building located at 100 11th Ave Southwest, Alabaster 35007 to include a Written Test (all candidates regardless of education background) takes a basic written test and must make a 70 or higher to progress to the Physical Agility Test on the same day. Closed toed shoes required.
APOST adopted the Basic Abilities Test (Work Keys Assessment) for all candidates that do not hold an associate degree or higher .
Non-Certified candidates that do not hold an associate degree or higher degree, must register at : Jeffstate.edu to sit for the work keys assessment prior to the application deadline. Failure to upload certification or present the day of testing will lead to disqualification.
