Position Summary
Provide technical support to users of automated systems, trouble shoot and resolve information technology issues; create, modify and deactivate computer accounts / user ids, perform systems security functions, and create, maintain and enforce group user policies. Perform the operation and maintenance of personal computer (PC) equipment, software and telecommunication equipment; perform a variety of higher level technical tasks relative to assigned area of responsibility.

Minimum Education, Experience And Additional Requirements
Education and experience directly related to the minimum requirements below may be interchangeable on a year for year basis.
Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university in information systems or computer science; and
One (1) year of experience maintaining and troubleshooting PCs, office automation products or mainframe computer systems.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS :
Possession of a valid New Mexico Driver's license, or the ability to obtain by date of hire.
Possession of a valid City Operator's Permit (COP) within six (6) months from date of hire.
Must be able to successfully qualify for and maintain a Sunport Access Control Card as determined by the criteria set forth by the policies and guidelines of the Aviation Department and the Transportation Security Administration (TSA).
Successful completion of a security background check conducted by U.S. Customs & Border Protection, if applicable.
