GENERAL PUPOSE OF THIS POSITION:
To provide exceptional dining experience for our guests
To take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure the guests have a pleasant experience

SCOPE OF THIS POSITION:
To keep the Golf Clubhouse looking its best and offering good food and beverage services
Treating Customers in a manner that is professional and friendly
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide menus. Offer recommendations and answer questions about the menu, beverages, and daily specials.
Accurately take guest orders and relay them to the kitchen staff. Ensure special dietary needs and preferences are communicated clearly.
Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously. Monitor guests’ dining experience to ensure they are satisfied with their meal and service.
Set up and clear tables efficiently. Refill beverages, replace utensils, and address guest needs as they arise
Present checks to guests, process payments, and return change or receipts accurately. Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment securely.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tables, service stations, and dining areas. Follow all sanitation and safety guidelines.
Work closely with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure smooth operations. Assist team members as needed, including in high-volume situations.
Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints professionally and promptly. Escalate issues to management when necessary.

KNOWLEDGE & Skills:
Previous experience as a server or in a customer-facing role is preferred but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.
Ability to greet & treat customers professionally.
Ability to properly count cash and change.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
