The City of Anaheim is in search of a dynamic Planning and Building Director to oversee the activities of the Planning and Building Department. As a key member of the City Manager’s executive management team, the Planning and Building Director is responsible for planning, directing, managing, and overseeing the activities of the Planning and Building Department. These activities include current and advanced planning, code enforcement, business licensing, and building programs. The Director coordinates assigned activities with other departments and outside agencies while providing highly responsible and complex support to the City Manager, Planning Commission, and City Council.
