Examples of Duties
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Safely operates equipment such as trucks with trailers, riding mowers, utility carts, push mowers, string trimmers, etc.
- Lifts objects above shoulder height up to 50 pounds.
- Performs facility maintenance such as cleaning, sanitizing, sweeping, scraping, painting and sanding.
- Performs vandalism removal on buildings, play equipment, and other areas.
- Performs grounds maintenance such as trash and litter pickup. Replace trash and recycling can liners. Planting / flower bed maintenance, weeding etc.
- Performs playground surface replacement and upkeep.
- Performs athletic field maintenance and operation of associated equipment. (Line Painters, Infield Groomers, etc.)
