Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Representative based in Arlington, TX. Under the direction of the Office of Strategic Initiatives and the Real Estates Services division, the Real Estate Representative will be responsible for managing real property transactions, providing customer service, and coordinating with city departments for capital projects across the city. The role also involves ensuring compliance with relevant oil and natural gas lease regulations and policies.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Real Estate License or the ability to obtain one in 6 months
- Experience in Real Estate acquisition and management
- Experience with Texas Railroad Commission regulations on oil and natural gas leases
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the local real estate market in Arlington, TX
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
