ATL Summer College Internship Program
Position : College Intern
Location : Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL)
Duration : 8 Weeks (May 22, 2025 - July 18, 2025)
Pay Rate : $18.50 per hour
Work Hours : 9am-5pm, M-F
Program Overview

Our Summer College Internship Program offers students a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various business units that drive airport operations and strategic initiatives. This internship is designed to provide meaningful work experienc e aligned with students' academic backgrounds and career aspirations, equipping them with valuable skills to launch successful careers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
General Duties and Responsibilities
Regardless of the assigned business unit or college major, all interns will be responsible for :
- Project-Based Work : Assist with ongoing projects, research, and analysis that contribute to the operational or strategic goals of the assigned department.
- Collaboration & Teamwork : Work alongside airport professionals, gaining insights into aviation management and business operations.
- Research & Data Analysis : Gather, review, and analyze data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Customer Service & Engagement : Assist in guest relations, internal / external communications, or public affairs efforts to enhance customer experience.
- Administrative Support : Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other documentation as needed to support the assigned business unit.
- Compliance & Safety Awareness : Follow airport security protocols, workplace policies, and departmental guidelines.
- Professional Development : Attend career-building workshops, industry networking events, and job readiness training sessions.
- Final Presentation : Deliver a formal internship project presentation to airport leadership on July 15, 2025, highlighting key learnings and contributions.
