- Engages in on-the-job training on operational policies and work procedures to attain the necessary talents which allow the incumbent to contribute to the work being produced by the organizational unit to which assigned.

- Compiles and prepares reports.
- May prepare presentations for staff members.
- Attends project team meetings.
- May do filing, answer phone and other clerical duties in addition to administrative/project assignments.
