The Data Reporting Analyst position will play a vital role in supporting the Employee Services Team by assisting with key administrative functions such as position management, vacancy tracking, and data management. RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist in maintaining accurate position management records, ensuring all data is updated and aligned with department needs.
- Track and monitor vacancy status, ensuring timely follow-up and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Support the development of reports and dashboards to track key metrics related to employee services.
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes by helping gather necessary documents, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
- Collaborate with other business units to identify and report training needs or service gaps.
- Assist in the creation and organization of documentation for position management and vacancy tracking processes.
- Provide general administrative support to the Employee Services team as needed, including scheduling meetings, coordinating training sessions, and maintaining files.
- Participate in projects aimed at improving workflows and enhancing departmental effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to organize airport tours for employees, ensuring these experiences are informative and engaging.
- Develop and implement creative ways to educate airport employees about the airport's operations, culture, and key initiatives.
