Summer Program Counselor [Transportation – Driver]
Salary : $16.00
Purpose of Classification :
The purpose of this job is to provide program assistance with the Camp Best Friends summer season. Duties include but are not limited to : working cooperatively with administration and camp staff, providing support to the Office of Recreation programming team, providing superior customer service, and abiding by organizational policy and procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities : The following duties are normal for this job. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required or assigned.
Work Delegation :
- Assist with the coordination of services and activities for summer program with internal and external agencies / organizations
Monitor summer transportation; serve as liaison to recreation centers and transportation
Assist with administrative tasks
Respond to customer inquiries and requests made by phone or email
Assist with program site evaluations
Planning and Organizing :
Assist with the planning and implementation of educational, recreational, and social enrichment activities
Assist with program file management
Assist with the development of reports as required
Assist with the coordination of camp transportation
Attends program meetings, trainings, and workshops as designated by supervisor
Salary : $16
