Minimum Qualifications
Education and / or Equivalent Experience :
- Graduation with a Bachelor's degree from an accredited four (4) year college or university with major coursework in a related field, plus five (5) years of relevant experience in consultation and the utilization of BI tools.
- Graduation with a Master's degree from an accredited college or university may substitute for up to two (2) years of the required experience.

This position reports to the Utility Support Services ( USS ) team. The USS comprises the technical and data analysis needs of the work groups in Customer Account Management : billing and payment services, quality management, and revenue measurement and control.
The Business Intelligence Consultant will provide data and reporting from the utility's system of record (CC&B) to provide actionable insights to the teams the USS supports. This position will design, develop, and improve BI solutions such as reports, visualizations, and dashboards to aid the decisions at the operational and executive level. The BIC will collaborate with other USS team members to maintain and enhance BI tools, as well as identifying or creating additional supportive data sources.
