Molly’s Dog Care is looking for our first groomer!
We are a brand new dog care facility offering daycare, boarding, grooming, and eventually training. We are looking for someone who loves dogs, has experience grooming dogs of all breeds and sizes, and has the ambition to help build a book of business—and eventually grow into a leadership role at Molly’s.
At Molly’s, we offer a one-stop shop that is conveniently located for busy dog parents to get the best care for their dogs. Grooming plays a huge role in our business, and we see enormous potential.
This position is commission-based (although hybrid options are available as we grow), and we can offer either full-time or part-time.
Expectations:
● Provide high-quality grooming services for dogs of all sizes and breeds
● Prioritize the safety, comfort, and well-being of each dog in your care
● Exceptional customer service for both dogs and their human companions
● Keep the grooming space clean and organized
● Build and maintain a loyal clientele from both your own efforts and our daycare/boarding clients
● Help our marketing director launch impactful marketing campaigns to drive new clients

Qualifications:
● At least 2 years of grooming experience and a current pet grooming certification
● A self-starter mentality who is eager to help build Baltimore’s best dog care experience
● Enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and teamwork are as important as experience and talent.
● Someone who will treat the dogs like family, always keeping their safety and well-being top of mind
● Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with our team and clients
