Qualifications:
• Experience: 1–2 years of roofing experience on commercial roof systems.
• Preferred: Experience with single-ply membranes, modified bitumen, built-up, roof-related sheet metal, standing-seam, and metal-panel roofing systems.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer skills are a plus.
• Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Driver’s License: Must hold and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Background: Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.
• Work Ethic: Must demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well in a team.
