Job Purpose / Summary
Under general supervision, the Recreation Leader is responsible to plan, organize and conduct activities for program participants in any of the following areas including : Day Camp and Park Programs, Youth and Adult Sports Programs and / or Leagues Multi-Purpose Facilities, and / or Senior Citizens Center; and provides staff assistance as directed.

Work Schedule
For Summer Season Applicants :
Candidates must be available to work the summer months (May - August) and in-service training (April and May) prior to the summer months. This position, depending on assignment, requires a variable work schedule, averaging 30 hours per week. The pool is open seven (7) days a week and candidates must be available to work all assigned shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
