">We are seeking an experienced Entry-Level Planning Professional to join our team. As an Entry-Level Planning Professional, you will be responsible for supporting the Planning Manager and other Community Development Department staff in current projects.

- Performing entry-level professional duties involving land use or other planning studies for public or private development projects ">
- Reviewing development and land use applications, as well as zoning and site plans ">
- Assisting the public at the front counter and providing information on Zoning and General Plan matters ">
- Preparing written project analyses and reports on special studies pertaining to land use, zoning, housing, and other planning functions ">
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in urban planning, community development, public administration, or a related field ">
- Minimum one year of working experience for a public agency or private planning firm ">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ">
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment ">
- Valid California Class C Driver's License ">
