Job Summary
The City of Bennettsville is accepting applications for the position of Manager of Utility Billing.
Duties
- Under limited supervision, plans, organizes, and directs the City's utility billing operation
- Supervises department employees which involves such duties as instructing, assigning and reviewing work
- Maintaining standards, acting on employee problems
-Prepares all financial reports relating to utility billing that are needed for the Finance Dept.
Skills
Recommends an associate's degree plus 2 years of additional study supplemented by a minimum of 2 years of experience in a job-related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Must possess a valid SC driver's license.
