**Essential Duties:**
- Welcome visitors to the River Center, offering information and support as needed.
- Answer incoming phone calls, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries.
- Manage facility reservations, collecting fees and processing transactions accurately.
- Offer guided tours, promoting programs and amenities while educating guests on available services.
- Promote and register attendees for Parks programs, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer satisfaction.
- Ensure facilities policies and procedures are followed by patrons, maintaining a safe and respectful environment.
- Responsible for opening/closing the facility, conducting daily reporting, and managing cash drawers.
- Assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed, upholding high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Address patron concerns, suggestions, and complaints in a timely, professional manner, fostering strong relationships within the community.
- Keep supplies stocked, anticipating needs and ensuring efficient operations.
