Salary: $15.50/hour

Work Schedule: 20 - 40 hours per week, varies daily. Pool is open Monday through Sunday (weather permitting). Half day shifts are available. Flexible work schedule.
Are you passionate about water safety and teaching kids how to swim? Do you have the skills and energy to create a safe and fun environment at the pool? Join our team as a Lifeguard/Learn to Swim Instructor and play a key role in ensuring both safety and enjoyment for swimmers this summer!
Position Overview: As a Lifeguard/Learn to Swim Instructor, you’ll provide a safe and positive pool experience for all swimmers while teaching essential swimming skills. You’ll be responsible for supervising the pool area, leading swim lessons, and making sure all participants enjoy a safe, educational environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Strong communication skills, energetic personality, and a passion for working with children.
- Lifeguards must demonstrate dependability, confidence, and a strong commitment to public safety.
- Ability to provide leadership and be a positive role model for children.
- Must be reliable, energetic, and have a no-nonsense attitude when it comes to pool safety.
