Position Overview
Salary Range: $16.00 - $18.00/hour
4 Positions
Work Schedule: 20 - 40 hours per week, varies daily. Pool is open Monday through Sunday (weather permitting). Half day shifts are available. Flexible work schedule.

Join our team as Pool Manager and oversee the daily operations of our municipal swimming pools this summer!
Position Overview: As a Pool Manager, you’ll be responsible for the daily management of the pool, including staff scheduling, supervision, mechanical operations, and public relations. You’ll work closely with the Aquatics Coordinator to ensure that our facilities run smoothly and safely.
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Strong communication skills and exceptional leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage a team, oversee pool operations, and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
- Previous experience in swimming pool management is preferred.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
